What's That I Hear? Wildlife and Ocean Acoustics with UNH

An informative, evening Community Nature Program at Seacoast Science Center. Explore the science of sound in nature with researchers from the UNH Center for Acoustics Research and Education! Discover how animals—both on land and at sea—use sound to communicate, hunt for food, and navigate their environment. Hear how local scientists use sound to study seals, birds, fish, and more, and learn how you can get involved in acoustic research—right in your own backyard! This program is recommended for learners 12 years and older.
