The Dockside is a special place on the Maine seacoast offering distinctive dining, accommodations, inn, and lodging overlooking picturesque York Harbor, Maine. It captures the essence of Maine with its waterfront location, gracious hospitality and abundant array of sights, recreation and activities. This unique waterfront location on a private peninsula provides unsurpassed panoramic water views of York Harbor and the Atlantic Ocean. Spacious grounds provide privacy, relaxation and classic Maine natural beauty. Accommodations are in the Maine House, a quintessential ''New England Cottage'' and multi-unit buildings at the waters edge, most with a private deck with water view. Our restaurant shares the same magnificent views while offering a truly enjoyable dinning experience. Dockside is close to Portsmouth, NH, Ogunquit, ME and Kennebunkport, ME. There are four beaches in York, antique shopping, nature walks, fishing, golf, lighthouses, whale watching and of course many fishing opportunities. The famous Kittery Outlets are nearby. Dockside is perfect for that special romantic getaway, or anniversary.
All rooms have; air conditioning/heat, cable TV, phone, WIFI and iron/ironing board. Most rooms have private decks with water views. On site we offer complimentary afternoon treats and iced tea or coffee, Continental-Plus breakfast buffet each morning. On site activities; river cruise, badminton, croquet, shuffleboard, bikes, beach chairs and boat rentals.
