Wonder & Wellness Speaker Series with Behavioral Health Provider Gina Apgar Regulate-Relate-Reason

Feeling overwhelmed by your child’s big emotions? Join us for this workshop where we’ll introduce Dr. Bruce Perry’s Regulate-Relate-Reason framework, a neuro-science informed approach to foster emotional regulation. Gina Apgar, LICSW is a clinical social worker with 20 years’ experience working with children and families in various roles including early education, home visiting, family support, healthcare, and advocacy. This free workshop is organized by and hosted at the Children’s Museum of NH as part of their Wonder & Wellness Speaker Series, sponsored by Kennebunk Savings Bank. Pre-registration is required for these workshops, which include a simple pizza dinner (5–5:30pm) as well as limited free childcare for ages 4 and up (must use bathroom independently) for participating families during the speaker presentation (5:30–6:30pm). https://childrens-museum.org/programs/wonder-and-wellness/
