WCYY's Mark-A-Thon

WCYY’s Mark-A-Thon is back for its ninth year to benefit the Center for Grieving Children. Beginning at noon on Monday, 12/5/16, Mark-a-a-thon kicks off five days of radio magic. Mark-a-thon is a live, on-air telethon hosted around-the-clock by WCYY and Shipyard Brewing Company’s Mark Curdo in support of the Center for Grieving Children, serving families and the community in Portland, Sanford, and Southern Maine. Throughout the week, listeners are invited to call into WCYY (207-792-9299) or go online (cgcmaine.org/events/wcyy/) to request any song of their choice in return for a donation to the Center. The heart of Mark-A-Thon is building awareness and fundraising for the Center for Grieving Children. The Center serves more than 4,000 grieving children, teens, families, and young adults annually, offering our services at no charge, for as long as people need them. The Center looks forward to five days of fun and fundraising with you again this year!
