Coming Home: Reintegrating Veterans into their Communities

Part 2: Yoga with Veterans in Partnership with Seacoast Teachers of Yoga (SATYA) http://www.seacoastsatya.com/ and Facebook Returning Veterans of recent wars are joining a nationwide yoga movement to ease integration into their communities. Iraq War Veterans and certified Yoga Teachers David Glazenbrook and Kristine Ringler join SATYA in inviting the community and other veterans to participate in this interactive, drop-in event, featuring poses, meditation and breathing exercises in 20 minute sessions. Mats and equipment will be provided. Relevant information and community service personnel who work with veterans will be available.
