The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be comfortable with multitasking and striving to meet and exceed budget goals. A passion for radio, promotions, digital marketing and the media industry is encouraged! With 13 radio stations in Maine and New Hampshire, a digital billboard on I-95, and an online dollar saver platform there are countless opportunities to help local businesses grow! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Seek out and build client relationships through cold-calling and networking • Conduct client "needs analysis" to identify sales opportunities • Create and present marketing solutions to decision-makers • Track and record metrics throughout the sales process • Meet and exceed financial goals • Understand the industry and competitive landscape • Attend station events and interact with listeners, clients and colleagues Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree + relevant coursework and/or work experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent listening skills • Strong organizational and time management skills – ability to work independently • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well as a team member • Proficiency in Microsoft Office + ability to adapt to other industry specific software • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions • Ability to think creatively, generate new ideas, and present them effectively • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record • Positive and energetic attitude!
