Understanding Stress – and how to relax, a virtual community education event on Wednesday, July 15, at 6:00 p.m. The event will be led by Dr. Nancy Blatt, a board-certified family medicine specialist with the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Center for Women’s Health & Wellness.
Dr. Nancy Blatt will focus this webinar on understanding the impact stress has on the body, as well as sharing information about The Relaxation Response. The session will end with a short exercise to evoke the Relaxation Response.

Dr. Blatt has more than 15 years of clinical practice experience including acute and chronic care. She has additional training and interest in integrative medicine, lifestyle medicine, obesity medicine, and mind-body medicine.
