Kids Safer Boating & Safer Water Event

The Chris Connors Fund and The York Water Rescue Team will sponsor its First Annual Free Boating and Water Safety day for kids and their families on York Beach, Maine July 1 with a host of exhibitors….. the U.S. Coast Guard, The York Water Rescue Team, The York Life guards, Ocean Rescue System of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, The Red Cross of Maine, Wooden Boat of Brooklin, Maine, Liferaft Services of York, Maine and local marinas and businesses of southern Maine. Included in the day will be Live Rescues, Life Jacket Inspections, Demonstrations, Kids Boating and Swimming Challenges and activities and exhibitors that teach Boating & Beach & Water Safety.
