The Ogunquit Museum of American Art explores the union between arts and letters with a reading by New York Times best-selling author Wally Lamb. Lamb is a known for his popular novels She’s Come Undone, a finalist for the 1992 Los Angeles Book Awards’ Art Seidenbaum Prize for first fiction, and I Know This Much Is True. In addition to writing other best-selling novels, Lamb also edited Couldn’t Keep It to Myself and I’ll Fly Away, two volumes of essays from students in his writing workshop at York Correctional Institution, a women’s prison in Connecticut, where he has been a volunteer facilitator for the past 17 years.
