39th Annual Eliot Festival Days Celebration
Come join the 2019 Eliot Festival Days! The weekend will include food, crafts, local vendors, and road races for every age and skill level. Highlights will also include the annual parade, a colonial reenactment and a showcase by Brixham Danceworks. The inaugural Pumpkinhead Half Marathon along the Piscataqua River, as well as the Eliot Festival Days First Annual Outhouse Race are newly added to the festivities. Anticipated Schedule of Events: Friday, September 27 6:30 p.m. 3rd Annual William Fogg Library Auction and Dance at Regatta Room Saturday, September 28 8:30 a.m. Eliot Festival Days 5K and Pumpkinhead Half Marathon start at the Eliot Fire Station 9:00 a.m. Booths open after flag raising and singing God Bless America at Hammond Park 10:45 a.m. Parade kicks off from Eliot Boat Basin 12:00 noon Chalmers Insurance Group Kid’s Fun Run starts at William Fogg Library 1:00 p.m. First Annual Eliot Festival Days Outhouse Race at Hammond Park 3:00 p.m. Booths Close 4:00 p.m. Eliot Congregational Church Smorgasbord Supper Evening entertainment by Dancin’ DJ Carmen and Mica Peterson featuring Lewis Goodwin. A Colonial reenactment by 2nd Regiment of York County. Performances by Brixham Danceworks and Curtain Call Performing Arts. Sunday, September 29 12:30 p.m. Green Acre Baha’i School Turkey Dinner

The festival starts on Friday the 27th at 6:30 p.m. with the 3rd Annual William Fogg Library Auction and Dance at Regatta Room. It continues on Saturday the 28th at 8:30 a.m. with the Eliot Festival Days 5K and Pumpkinhead Half Marathon. The weekend ends on Sunday the 28th with the Green Acre Baha’i School Turkey Dinner at 12:30 p.m.
