Roberts Maine Grill & Peak Organic Beer Co are teaming up to present a four course dinner each course paired with a special beer. Menu is as follows: Appetizer: spicy PUMPKIN PARSNIP bisque Peak Pale Ale poached lobster, toasted pumpkin seeds, rosemary oil served with Peak Pale Ale - hoppy, blend of west coast pale ale and British pale ale, abv 5.1% Salad: RADICCHIO & Greenlaw greens grapes, dried apricots, golden raisins, pine nuts, Peak Citrus vinaigrette served with Peak Citrus - organic lemon peel, lemon flavor, abv 4.6% Main Course: hickory smoked SHORT RIB corn fritter, ragu of kale, linguica and cattle beans served with Peak IPA dry, hop forward nose, India pale ale, abv 7.2% Dessert: Maine POTATO DOUGHNUT Peak Pale Ale glaze, candied bacon served with Peak Maple Collaboration - dynamic mouth feel, subtle rich finish from organic maple syrup abv 6.7%
