At its next regular meeting on Tuesday, March 10, the Kittery Historical and Naval
Society will feature local author Dianne Fallon and her most recent work, "Pioneer On A Mountain Bike: Eight Days Through Early American History."
Inspired by the pioneering spirit captured by author Laura Ingalls Wilder from the "Little House" books, Ms. Fallon recounts her trek through several Northeast states, commencing at Binghamton, New York and ending in her hometown of Kittery Point. All along the way, she stops to explore the fascinating local history and lore that gives each town its own unique place in the story that is America.
