ArtHOPE Studio Day at OMAA. ArtHOPE founder and Ogunquit artist Laura Jaquays leads a free expressive arts program for people living with cancer.
In celebration of National Cancer Survivors Day, join Ogunquit artist Laura Jaquays for a morning of studio arts at the Ogunquit Museum of American Art. The founder of Art HOPE, she will be the hometown host for a tour of the art galleries and seaside sculpture gardens. Overlooking Narrow Cove, enjoy observational drawing, watercolors, writing, and viewing one of Maine’s finest collections at the historic hub of Ogunquit’s art colony. Art materials will be provided or field artists may bring their own. Program includes museum admission. All are welcome. Pre-registration is required.

All but one of the galleries are accessible to wheelchairs. After checking in at the admission desk, visitors in wheelchairs may enter the museum at the lower level at the seaside end of the museum via a permanent ramp. A wheelchair or walker is available upon request.
