1st Annual Long Sands Beach - 5K Race, Walk, Kids 2K Fun Run - Oct. 25th, 2014 Runners, Walkers & Volunteers needed!  Agamenticus Ski Club is holding the 1st Annual Long Sands Beach - 5K Race, Walk & Kids 2K Fun Run, Saturday, October 25th, 2014 - rain or shine. Totally unique & healthy fundraiser for improved grooming equipment and expanding educational youth nordic ski programs!  T-shirts to first 100 pre-registrants by October 9, 2014 deadline. Agamenticus Ski Club is a Non-Profit 501(c) (3) tax exempt community-based ski club committed to meeting the needs of a wide range of skiers including youths, juniors, seniors and masters. Our mission is to support and build a strong community through educational programs to promote health, fitness and fun through skiing. The goal of Agamenticus Ski Club is to develop a broad range of programs, events and training opportunities to support recreational skiers and racers throughout the Greater York Region.
